Job Description

Our client in the CPG Industry is seeking to add a HCM Dayforce Manager to their team! This is a permanent position, and offers a hybrid working environment (3 days onsite and 2 days working from home).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, experience with implementations and configurations (Dayforce experience is a MUST), be knowledgeable in reporting (creating and maintaining analytics), and have experience in training staff on new software/systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the research, design, development and implementation of Dayforce
  • Provide guidance and advice to all areas of the business on Total Rewards/HCM programs and modules
  • Be the SME for compensation, benefits and pension programs - emphasis on administration, data management and financial modelling
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy, and facilitate optimal integration between internal and external systems
  • Provide timely, accurate workforce metrics and data/reports to support plant operations and total rewards programs
  • Work with IT and Ceridian for any system performance issues, escalating issues when required
  • Identify areas of weakness or risk with the system and develop plans and actions on how to mitigate risks

Qualifications and Experience
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Must have implementation experience
  • Must have experience with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Must have experience with HCM configurations
  • Experience in training staff on new software/systems
  • Strong experience in reporting, analytics, and re-engineering business processes
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
