Job Description

Our client in the Toronto Start-up HealthCare Industry is actively looking for an strategic and creative Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing sales team! Reporting into the Director of Sales, this individual will be a key contributor to accounts with over a thousand employees who are headquartered in the GTA. With an upbeat and positive attitude, this individual will sell the services and most importantly the mobile application to Canada's largest Companies in a highly competitive space.

Must-Have: 5-7 years of true Business Development Experience owning larger high-volume accounts. Target audience is reaching HR and selling a service with emotion and a high level of empathy.

Location: The office is located in Downtown Toronto. You will meet-up with clients in-person post pandemic in Toronto Region and GTA and are encouraged to join the office environment to build key internal relationships on an as needed basis. This organization is open to remote work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage over 100 large accounts and partner with the Account Managers to generate leads.
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting strategy for Canada's largest companies.
  • Build and Maintain executive level relationships with potential existing customers.
  • Actively track prospects and open opportunities in company CRM.
  • Deliver in-depth knowledge and understanding of the offerings and value proposition.
  • Promote and encourage customers to join the services through strong communication and delivery.
  • Become a brand ambassador of company services through meetups, marketing event and other creative experiences.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments with quarterly goals and targets.
  • Must be people driven, a natural hunter and story-teller.
  • Identify pain points of clients and opportunities to resolve them.
  • Industry knowledge of the healthcare space is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor degree or higher education preferred.
  • Experience presenting from the end-user to C-Level Executives.
  • Must have 5-7 years experience in a true Business Development role managing larger accounts.

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
