Job Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support their team through the promotion of the company's services to key stakeholders in the healthcare industry across Canada. Reporting into the Sr. Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing relationships within the industry both internally and externally with the goal of increasing referrals and engagement with the platforms business.

On top of this, this individual will assist their leader in the coordination of marketing initiatives for their target audience across Canada.

MUST HAVE: Access to a vehicle as this is an mostly on-the-road opportunity within the Toronto Region and a few outside of the core in the GTA. Mileage will be covered by the organization. Also, must be approachable, upbeat, positive people person! Individuals within the hospitality industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with a pipeline of healthcare professionals across provinces' through a high volume of outbound calls and onsite appearances with their local staff members.
  • Promote and encourage customers to join the services through strong communication and delivery.
  • Identify and resolve healthcare concerns immediately.
  • Deliver in-depth knowledge and understanding of the offerings and value proposition.
  • Manage and continue to build an effective pipeline throughout various provinces.
  • Track activities in the internal database such as weekly work plans, daily call reports and analyses with the goal to increase referring volumes.
  • Work alongside all diverse leaders and teams to identify opportunities for resolutions, seize opportunities for recommendations and overall understand the market competition.


Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • At least 1 year of cold-calling experience.
  • Previous experience in customer services or sales is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • A solid track record of initiative-taking and identifying opportunities to tackle sales and marketing challenges.
