Our client in the Education industry is seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is an on-site role with working hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Administrative experience and will ideally have worked in the Education industry before. This is a 3 month contract to start and has the possibility of extension or becoming a permanent role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Documenting meeting minutes
- Calendar management of multiple calendars
- Communicating with many levels of staff members
- Answer/screen calls
- Other such administrative duties
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of Administrative experience
- Ability to safely lift 10lbs
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Education industry experience
