Job Description

Our client in Ottawa is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! The role will start January 10th and be on-site!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Receive inbound, outbound calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Take notes during planning sessions.
  • Ability to maintain professional at all times.
  • Review files and documents

Qualifications and Experience
  • Must be Bilingual English/French.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role through a contact center
