Job Description

Our client in Ottawa is seeking IT Helpdesk Support Agents! The potential candidate would provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Monday to Friday, with shifts between the hours of 7am-11pm EST.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Focus on customer contact and customer service
  • Demonstrate understanding of customer business needs
  • Adhere to client information, system policies and service desk procedures
  • Supporting 20-30 contacts per day (400 - 500 contacts per month)

Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in tech support
  • Fluent in the French or German language
