Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing Service teams. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in customer service and speak both English and French.
Full-time Permanent position
Location : GTA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from donor calls and emails
- Provide administrative support to the office team, such as sorting and drafting mail
- Provide customer support in both English and French by providing acknowledgement of donations
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to speak both English and French fluently
- Professional telephone skills - Strong communication
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong ability to multitask
