Job Description

Our well managed and fast-growing Financial Services client, located in a beautiful office in the downtown Toronto Financial District, is currently looking to grow their Permanent Remote Customer Service team!

You are the ideal person for this role if you hold strong customer service skills, and can work in a fast paced environment. Our client offers a great foot in the door into an established work-place setting where you will receive both comprehensive training and professional development.

This role offers great compensation, Pension and benefits. It's a Monday to Friday role - apply today and start as soon as possible!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolve any related client concerns and any customer inquiries/complaints appropriately.
  • Handle all inbound correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multi task as well as handle multiple customer's issues at a time.
  • Ability to work seated for a prolonged period of time.
  • Ability to ensure customers is receiving call backs and follows up as communicated by the customer service representative.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Customer Service or Call Center experience is an asset - retail backgrounds also encouraged to apply
