Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Technical Engineering professional to provide support to customers with products and applications. This is in the mechanical area.

Successful candidate will act as a technical expert and provide support about technical specification of products and issue technical documents upon request.

This position will start working remotely and eventually will return to office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support which includes diagnosing problems and providing solutions, consulting, and training for existing products and their applications.
  • Provide pumping system troubleshooting support to customers and to service technicians.
  • Provide quotations and enters orders for special product requests
  • Provide technical assistance and training to the inside and outside sales force as well as customers

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Post secondary education equivalent to a Degree or Diploma in an engineering or technologist capacity, specializing in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in French and English is an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience or a combination of training, education and experience in mechanical or pump industry
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work flow under the pressures of deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma
