Job Description

Our client in the Financial and Insurance industry is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. Must be available to work 8a-8p for 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Apply Today!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls and emails from customers
  • Communicate with clients about problems they may be experiencing
  • Complete end of day reports
  • Schedule technicians to go on site of problem
  • Complete claim process after a service has been completed for clients


Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer contact center or related experience
  • Bilingual in both official languages (English & French)
  • Must be comfortable with handling a high volume of inbound inquiries over the telephone and email on a daily basis
  • Strong knowledge in the operation of computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and other related programs) and ability to work with computer-based applications (client management and contact center systems)

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Hours: 7.5 Hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
