Job Description

Our client downtown Toronto is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Private Sector. This candidate will preform a wide range of administrative and coordinating tasks. This Executive Assistant will assists the Director of the department, and Senior Staff by providing administrative support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive Director calendar, prepare for meetings and make appropriate arrangements
  • Work with confidential administrative duties
  • Tract costs associated with travel and major conferences
  • Put together presentations with PowerPoint

Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive Administrative experience with two years experience in supporting C-Level Executives
  • Experience with interacting with members of the board
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Strong Calendar Management experience
