Job Description

Our client is currently looking to hire Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate must be able to professionally and effectively handle incoming calls and emails while ensuring that follow up is completed and customer satisfaction is upheld. This is a work from home position (during the contract) which then may require the successful candidates to report onsite in the future, should it continue or go permanent.

The hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
Candidates can be located anywhere in Canada, but work on as per EST time zone

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions about their status, questions about services
  • Be comfortable in high volume call setting
  • Coordinate all internal services on behalf of your customer
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
  • Other administration duties as required

Qualifications and Experience
  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer service role
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and demonstrates an ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Insurance industry experience is ideal
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is REQUIRED
